We are looking for a results-driven SEO & SMO Executive who is passionate about improving online visibility, driving organic traffic, and managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SEO strategies, social media marketing, content optimization, and performance tracking.

Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, and headings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical white-hat techniques.
- Monitor website rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Optimize images, URLs, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Track and report SEO KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Create social media content calendars.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
- Monitor social media performance and generate monthly reports.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to create engaging content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries when required.

Content & Marketing





- Collaborate with content writers for SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages.
- Suggest content ideas based on keyword opportunities and market trends.
- Support digital marketing campaigns through SEO and SMO initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Moz.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools for social media creatives.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with SEO and social media tools.
