Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage building construction projects from planning to successful completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience handling government or large-scale infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and government authorities.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.




- Ensure compliance with CPWD/PWD standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor billing, cost control, material planning, and resource allocation.
- Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing works, structural execution, and MEP coordination.
- Expertise in BOQ, estimation, billing, project planning, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Government, Institutional, Commercial, or High-rise Building Projects.
- Knowledge of CPWD/PWD specifications and quality standards is preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
