Job Description

Sri Gowrish CNC Private Limited is seeking an experienced Packing & Dispatch Supervisor to lead packing, dispatch, and logistics operations in our CNC Machine Shop. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in precision engineering manufacturing, excellent team management skills, and the ability to ensure timely, accurate, and quality-focused dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day packing and dispatch activities.
- Handle and manage packing & dispatch manpower, allocate work, monitor attendance, and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Lead a team of operators and helpers to achieve daily dispatch targets.
- Ensure proper packing of precision machined components as per customer and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, PPC, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality before dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, Invoices, E-Way Bills, and other dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters and ensure on-time dispatch of customer orders.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve operational issues.




- Maintain inventory accuracy and dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in packing efficiency and dispatch processes.

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of experience in Packing & Dispatch in a CNC Machine Shop or Engineering Manufacturing company.
- Experience in handling 10–15 floor manpower is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation, logistics, SAP/ERP, and MS Excel.
- Experience in Valve, Gearbox, Pump, or Precision Machining industries will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical) or Any Graduate with relevant experience.
