Job Title: Engineer IT Infra Network L3

Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Thrissur

Job Responsibilities:

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and Palo Alto Firewalls
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, Trunking, and Link Aggregation
- Handle LAN, WAN, VPN, DMZ, Wired & Wireless network operations
- Perform network troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Work with tools such as SolarWinds for monitoring and analysis
- Maintain network documentation, inventory, and configuration records
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure SLA compliance
- Support incident, service request, and change management activities
- Provide after-hours and weekend support when required

Required Skills:

- Network Security & Troubleshooting
- ITIL Process Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills





Preferred Certifications:

- CCNA
- PCNSA / PCNSE

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
