About the Role
PCM Worldwide Flights Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled IT Executive to support and manage IT operations . The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, solution-driven, and able to ensure smooth day-to-day technical support for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop/laptop support, installation, and troubleshooting
- Manage network configuration, LAN/WAN, routers, and switches
- Handle software installations, updates, and security patches
- Troubleshoot hardware, printers, and VOIP issues
- Ensure data security and backup management
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as an IT Executive / IT Support in a BPO workplace
- Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, VOIP & hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with dialer systems (preferred in BPO/Call Center setups)
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
