Job Responsibilities:

- Promote and increase the inflow of vehicles to the workshop.
- Conduct customer follow-ups for periodic services, free services, and due reminders.
- Handle service campaigns, service camps, and customer engagement activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate leads for service bookings and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).




- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain and update customer database and call records.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on marketing activities and vehicle inflow.
- Support in conducting local promotions, door-to-door campaigns, and corporate visits.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile service operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
