OEM Engineering Lead (Head Role)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary OEM Engineering Lead to head our engineering initiatives related to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnerships. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader who can drive innovation, manage complex technical projects, and foster strong relationships with our OEM clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, leading a high-performing engineering team, and ensuring the successful integration and delivery of our products into OEM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall engineering strategy for OEM product development and integration, aligning with company goals and market demands.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of highly skilled engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key OEM partners, managing technical relationships and ensuring transparent communication of requirements and progress.




- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for OEM-specific solutions, from concept and design to testing, validation, and production launch.
- Ensure all OEM projects adhere to strict quality standards, regulatory compliance (e.g., automotive industry standards), and project timelines and budgets.
- Drive the definition of technical specifications, architecture, and system designs in collaboration with OEM engineering teams.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance product performance, efficiency, and competitiveness within the OEM market.
- Manage resource allocation, project prioritization, and risk mitigation across multiple OEM engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Represent the company's engineering capabilities in technical reviews, presentations, and strategic discussions with OEM executives and technical leaders.
