Role Overview

The Home Decor Merchandiser manages sourcing and product development for home decor categories while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Source home decor products from domestic and international vendors.
- Coordinate product development.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct market research for new product trends.
- Coordinate with Design and QC teams.
- Prepare costing and merchandising reports.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Business, Design, or related field.
- 3–6 years of home decor merchandising experience.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of export merchandising preferred.
