1. Customer Service

- Welcome customers
- Understand their requirements
- Suggest suitable mobile phones and accessories
- Explain features, warranty, and pricing
- Handle after-sales support

2. Mobile Sales

- Sell smartphones (Samsung, Vivo, OPPO, Redmi, Apple, etc.)
- Offer exchange and EMI options
- Generate bills and invoices
- Activate SIM cards if required

3. Mobile Repair Department

Software Work

- Flashing firmware
- FRP lock removal
- Pattern/password unlock
- Data backup and recovery
- Software updates

Hardware Work

- Display replacement
- Battery replacement
- Charging jack replacement
- Speaker & microphone repair
- Camera replacement
- Back panel replacement
- Power & volume button repair
- Motherboard diagnostics and microsoldering
- Water damage cleaning and repair

4. Accessories Sales

- Chargers
- Data cables
- Earphones/TWS
- Power banks
- Smartwatches
- Bluetooth speakers
- Mobile covers and tempered glass

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
