Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring qualified professionals across multiple business functions, with a primary focus on Sales, Chartered Accountant , and Accounts positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Hire for Sales, CA, Accounts, and other business roles as required.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate joining formalities.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality of hires.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Finance, CA, or Accounts roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM

IT Device Requirements

As part of our IT policy, candidates must have the following minimum device specifications to ensure smooth onboarding and uninterrupted system access.

Laptop Requirements

- 12 GB RAM or above
- Intel Core i5 (12th Generation) or above
- 256 GB SSD or above
- Note: HDDs are not accepted. SSD/NVMe storage is mandatory.

Android Mobile Requirements

- 8 GB RAM or above
- Minimum 30 GB of free storage available (free space, not total storage capacity)
- Android Version 10 or above
