We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and performance management while supporting the organisation's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Administer attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee benefits through the HRMS.
- Coordinate employee induction, training, and development programmes.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, appointment letters, confirmations, promotions, and other HR documents.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
- Work closely with department heads to fulfil hiring requirements and improve employee productivity.




- Support the HR Manager in organisational development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment, payroll processes, attendance management, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS software such as Keka, Zoho People, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
