Academic Responsibilities

- Prepare annual teaching plans, lesson plans, and course objectives.
- Deliver theory classes using effective teaching methodologies.
- Conduct demonstrations and simulation-based learning sessions.
- Develop and update teaching materials, presentations, and handouts.
- Maintain attendance and academic records of students.
- Evaluate students through assignments, tests, practical examinations, and viva voce.
- Guide students in seminars, case presentations, care plans, and projects.
- Identify slow learners and provide remedial coaching.
- Accompany students during clinical postings.
- Supervise patient care provided by students.
- Demonstrate nursing procedures according to hospital protocols.
- Assess students' clinical competencies.
- Ensure safe nursing practices and adherence to infection control measures.




- Coordinate with nursing supervisors and ward in-charges regarding student clinical postings.
- Maintain clinical attendance and performance records.
- Mentor students regarding academics, professional ethics, and personal development.
- Counsel students experiencing academic or personal difficulties.
- Monitor student discipline, punctuality, and qualified conduct.
- Promote ethical and compassionate nursing practice.
- Prepare question papers and evaluation tools.
- Conduct internal assessments.
- Evaluate answer scripts and practical examinations.
- Assist during university practical and theory examinations.
- Maintain confidentiality of examination materials.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
