About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Content and Creative Leader to shape and execute our storytelling across channels — including AEO, YouTube, social media, PR, and beyond. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving the brand voice, visual storytelling, and content strategy to connect with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and execution of content across platforms (AEO, YouTube, social media, PR, etc.) Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns Drive storytelling through multiple formats — videos, shorts, blogs, social posts, long-form content Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging Use AI and emerging content tools to enhance efficiency and creativity Mentor and guide internal and external creative teams Ideal Candidate: 6–10 years of experience in content, creative strategy, or digital storytelling Strong understanding of Ayurveda, wellness,
