Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end export documentation processes from order confirmation to shipment execution. Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments for smooth shipment execution. Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade requirements. Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and banking procedures related to exports.



Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Maintain accurate records for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes. Communicate with international clients for documentation, shipment updates, and clarifications. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate / MBA in any relevant discipline. 3–4 years of experience in export documentation in manufacturing/export companies. Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and logistics coordination. Familiarity with DGFT, customs regulations, and export compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Candidate Profile: Male or Female candidates. Candidates residing near Karve Road / Kothrud area preferred. Own two-wheeler (scooter) preferred for commuting convenience.
