We are looking for a skilled iCIMS Developer with 2+
years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing iCIMS
solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing
our talent acquisition platform, integrating it with other systems,
and ensuring optimal performance to support our recruitment
processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement
custom solutions within the iCIMS platform to meet business
requirements. Build and maintain integrations between iCIMS and
other HR systems, such as payroll, benefits, and performance
management platforms. Customize workflows, forms, and templates
within iCIMS to optimize user experience. Collaborate with
stakeholders, including HR teams and IT, to gather requirements and
translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve
issues within the iCIMS platform, ensuring minimal downtime and
seamless operations. Stay updated with iCIMS product updates, recent
features, and best practices. Provide technical support and
guidance to end-users and team members. Create and maintain
documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a
developer with the iCIMS platform. Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs
and integrating third-party systems with iCIMS. Solid understanding
of iCIMS architecture, configuration, and customization. Experience
with relational databases and SQL for data manipulation and re
porting. Familiarity with web development technologies such as
HTML, CSS, and X ML Strong problem-solving skills and ability to
work independently or collaboratively within a team. Preferred
Skills:
Experience with HRIS systems and their integration with
iCIMS. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Certification in iCIMS development or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards in HR
technology . Work Details: Contract job ( Freelance Contract). Rate
14 - 17 USD per hour Full-time involvement. Remote. Recruitment
