Key Responsibilities Administer and manage the Nexthink platform across enterprise environments Develop and optimize NQL (Nexthink Query Language) queries for monitoring and reporting Monitor and improve Digital Employee Experience (DEX) using Nexthink analytics Deploy and manage Nexthink Collectors across enterprise endpoints Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow for automated incident and workflow management Develop automation scripts using PowerShell for proactive remediation and endpoint optimization Configure and monitor DEX Scores to improve end-user experience Build custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for operational insights Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs and support automation initiatives Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Nexthink Administration and endpoint management Strong expertise in Nexthink , NQL (Nexthink Query Language) ,
