Job Overview

A telecaller in construction works for builders, contractors, or real estate companies. The role involves contacting potential customers to promote construction services, properties (flats, plots), or building materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential clients to promote construction services or real estate projects
- Explain details about flats, plots, or building services
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits
- Schedule appointments between customers and sales/site teams
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain customer data and call records
- Handle inquiries about pricing, location, and project details

Required Skills





- Positive communication (Tamil + basic English helpful)
- Basic knowledge of construction
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling different types of customers
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Qualifications

- 10th / 12th pass or any degree
- Experience in sales/real estate is a plus

Work Environment

- Office-based job (construction company )
- Sometimes includes field coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
