Soft Skills & Spoken English Trainer (On-Camera + Training Role)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Soft Skills & Spoken English Trainer who will be responsible for training delivery, course development, student management, and brand representation.

This is a multi-dimensional role where you will not only teach but also become the face of the brand through ads and social media content, helping drive student engagement and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Delivery

- Conduct Spoken English and Soft Skills sessions (Online)
- Manage and handle batches of 40–50 students
- Help students improve:
- Communication Skills
- Confidence
- Public Speaking
- Interview Skills

2. Course Development

- Design and structure course curriculum
- Create:
- Lesson plans
- Practice exercises
- Activities
- Continuously improve content based on student performance and feedback

3. Student Engagement & Conversion

- Conduct one-on-one demo sessions
- Explain course structure and assist in student conversion
- Track student progress and provide guidance

4. Team Building & Management

- Assist in hiring and onboarding English trainers
- Train and mentor junior faculty
- Maintain teaching quality and consistency

5. Content Creation & Brand Representation

- Appear in ads, reels, and social media content as the trainer/influencer
- Record educational, promotional, and engagement videos
- Represent the brand in a confident, clear, and relatable manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team for content execution

6. Operations & Coordination

- Manage online class schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain attendance records and student performance reports

Requirements

- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience in Spoken English and/or Soft Skills training
- Ability to manage batches of 40–50 students




- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to engage, motivate, and manage students in an online environment

Preferred

- Experience in coaching institutes or training organizations
- Experience in content creation, public speaking, or social media
- Prior experience in demo conversions or student counseling

Key Note

This is not just a teaching role.

The selected candidate must be comfortable with:

- Appearing on camera for advertisements, reels, and promotional videos
- Public speaking and handling live online sessions
- Creating educational and marketing content
- Collaborating with the marketing team for brand campaigns

Candidates who are not comfortable appearing on camera should not apply.

Training & Compensation

- The first 15 days will be a mandatory training period.
- During the training period, the selected candidate will receive 50% of the offered monthly salary (pro-rated for the training period).
- Upon successful completion of the training and confirmation, the candidate will receive the full agreed monthly salary.
- Work Details
- Training Period: The first 15 days will be conducted entirely from the office. During this period, candidates are required to report to the office every working day for training and onboarding.
- Post Training Work Schedule:
- 3 Days: Work From Home (Remote)
- 2 Days: Work From Office
- Working Days Policy:
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
- Candidates may take any 2 weekly offs between Monday and Friday, subject to prior approval and operational requirements.

Pay: ₹22,899.00 - ₹37,899.00 per month
