Responsibilities:

- Ability to develop well designed & structured websites and web-based applications by understanding the proper flow.
- Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications & websites using PHP Framework like Codeigniter and Laravel.
- Understand the client requirements and translate the requirements into website specific solution
- Regular communication with the Project Manager and giving regular updates about the projects.
- The candidate must be user-friendly with all team members and able to maintain a friendly environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, implement current features and deploy web solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end elements.
- The candidate must be able to deliver any kind of web application without fail.
- Candidate must be able to make the entire flow with the help of the flowchart, wireframes, etc. as per the client requirement
- Candidate must be understand the Software Requirement Specification (SRS) & other documents related to the project.
- Candidate must be involve in all the documentation of the projects.
- Giving regular feedback to the client about the progress of projects.
- Tracking of all the project modules & checking if all the project modules are in their timelines or not.
- Perform all the requirements necessary to support and optimize the website & applications.
- Ability to work well individually or in a group setting, and under pressure and time constraints.
- Ability to work independently to make end to end web applications from scratch upto deployment.
- Design and maintain databases, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Integrate data storage solutions and manage database-related tasks.




- Ability to perform disaster recovery management steps for any kind of web application.
- Perform all the security steps in order to avoid any kind of vulnerability / malicious / hacking of the web application.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and apply relevant measures.
- Ability to provide ideas to make the user experience web applications.
- For Web Applications, must closely work with the Front end developers to deliver effective and user-friendly applications.
- Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to a user interface or new technologies.
- Perform troubleshooting steps, if any, in the phase of implementation, customization, and configuration.
- Continuous communication with the client on email OR on call.

Skills:

- Experienced in PHP technology with one of the frameworks like Codeigniter, Laravel etc.
- Both the framework knowledge i.e. Codeigniter and Laravel will be added advantage.
- Experienced in Database technologies like SQL, MySQL, MongoDB etc.
- Knowledge of the core web vitals.
- Good knowledge of Front end technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of the server environment like Windows, Linux, etc for deploying the websites and applications.
- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in the integration of API.
- Knowledge of open-source terminal emulators like Putty, Bitwise client, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Must have the skills to test & assure the quality of the websites and applications to meet the client’s needs.
- Must have security related skills in order to avoid any kind of vulnerability / malicious / hacking of the web applications.
- Knowledge of Laravel will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of React & Node.js will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the CMS like WordPress OR any other open source CMS will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
