We’re Hiring: Fashion & Apparel Designer

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and trend-driven Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of streetwear fashion, and an interest in e-commerce and merchandising. This role offers an opportunity to work across the complete product lifecycle—from concept creation to online sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesFashion Design

- Design trendy T-shirts, hoodies, oversized apparel, and streetwear collections.
- Create original graphics, prints, embroidery, and fashion concepts.
- Develop seasonal collections based on market and fashion trends.
- Research global fashion, streetwear, youth culture, and consumer trends.
- Work on fabric selection, colours, silhouettes, trims, and product detailing.
- Prepare tech packs, measurement sheets, and print-ready production files.
- Coordinate with production teams and vendors to ensure timely product development.
- Use AI design tools (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, etc.) along with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to enhance creativity and improve workflow.
- Continuously bring fresh and creative ideas for new product launches.

Merchandising & E-commerce

- Support product planning, assortment development, and merchandising activities.
- Manage product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create product titles, descriptions, specifications, and catalogue content.
- Coordinate inventory updates and online assortment planning.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing team on product launches,



campaigns, and promotions.
- Coordinate product photoshoots and ensure brand-consistent presentation.
- Assist in marketplace operations and day-to-day merchandising activities.
- Handle additional business and operational responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, or similar).
- Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, printing techniques, and apparel production.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cooperative environment.
- A portfolio showcasing fashion design, graphics, and print work is mandatory.
- Freshers with exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
