Role Overview The Senior Architect will be responsible for independently handling architectural projects, coordinating drawings, developing design details, managing consultants and vendors, and ensuring that the design intent is carried through accurately at site. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on the architecture and interiors of high-end residential villas, private homes, hospitals, hospitality and commercial projects, and should be comfortable leading projects with accountability, structure, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage architectural projects from concept development to design detailing and execution. - Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, working drawings, detail drawings, and site coordination drawings. - Work on the architecture of villas, residential buildings, private homes, hospitals, or commercial projects and other built-form projects with a strong understanding of planning, elevations, massing, materials, and execution logic. - Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure accurate project execution. - Visit sites regularly to review progress,



resolve technical queries, and ensure that drawings and design intent are being followed. - Prepare and maintain project schedules, drawing lists, site notes, minutes of meetings, and coordination records. - Support client presentations, design discussions, and project review meetings. - Take ownership of project timelines, drawing deliverables, coordination follow-ups, and quality control. - Guide junior team members and ensure that drawings are technically sound, complete, and issued on time. - Maintain VBDS standards for design detailing, documentation, site coordination, and execution quality. Required Skills - Strong architectural design sensibility with positive understanding of high-end residential, villas, private homes, hospitals, or commercial projects with elevations, planning, materials, and detailing. - Excellent AutoCAD drafting and architectural working drawing skills. - Ability to independently understand, develop, and coordinate architectural details.
