Job Description: This role provides technical leadership across cloud-based data engineering, builds scalable ELT pipelines, and facilitates Agile ceremonies. The focus is on enabling high-quality data models, orchestration workflows, and platform reliability.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities

- Design and optimize Snowflake data models and ELT workflows
- Build SQL/Python transformations and dbt models (staging, marts, tests)
- Develop scalable ingestion pipelines using S3, Snowpipe, Fivetran
- Build and manage workflows through Fivetran and Analysis Server(both good to have)
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage delivery timelines
- Mentor junior engineers and uphold engineering best practices

Qualifications: Qualifications

- 6–10 years in data engineering
- Advanced SQL & Python
- Robust experience with Snowflake
- Hands‑on proficiency with dbt
- Experience with AWS S3
- Experience with Fivetran, Snowpipe(both optional/good to have)
- Exposure to Databricks/Spark and/or Analysis Server(SSIS)
- Agile/Scrum leadership experience preferred
- Strong experience with Azure Devops, GitHub/GitLab and Git‑based workflows
- Hands‑on exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps‑aligned engineering practices
