Your work profile

- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of Anaplan models under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Develop Anaplan modules, lists, dashboards/UX pages, actions, and imports following established design standards.
- Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT activities, resolve defects, and validate business scenarios.
- Assist in Data Hub development, data integration activities, and data validation.
- Support production activities including issue resolution, change requests, model monitoring, and user access management.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, process documentation, and KT materials.




- Collaborate effectively with project teams and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously enhance Anaplan knowledge through certifications and internal capability-building initiatives.

Key skills required

- 0–3 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Financial Planning, or Anaplan implementation projects.
- Certified Anaplan Model Builder (or willingness to obtain certification within the required timeline).
- Basic understanding of FP&A;, Supply Chain Planning, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning, or related planning processes.
- Knowledge of Anaplan model building, formulas, lists, modules, dashboards/UX, and imports.
- Basic understanding of data integration concepts, ETL processes, and reporting.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred.
