The Process Operations Analyst will support the Customer Success Operations function by owning CRM process adherence, data hygiene, and operational escalations. The role will work closely with the Manager – Customer Success Ops and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system accuracy and timely issue resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of process, data, and coordination in a fast-paced startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- CRM & Process Governance: Monitor HubSpot process adherence by ensuring accurate deal stages, close dates, and key fields, while identifying and escalating process gaps or inconsistencies.
- EMIS Data Management: Download and update daily EMIS data (order volumes, GMV, merchant details) in HubSpot to maintain accurate dashboards and reporting.
- Deal & Merchant Data Accuracy: Align HubSpot deal records with EMIS merchant data post go live to ensure reliable GMV tracking, reporting accuracy, and ongoing data hygiene.
- Cross-functional Coordination:



Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to support Redash queries and provide validated datasets for business reviews and leadership discussions.
- Operational Issue Management: Track operational issues, data discrepancies, and process breaks across systems, ensuring timely follow-ups, escalations, and resolution.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintain data consistency across EMIS, HubSpot, and internal reports while documenting recurring issues and driving process improvement opportunities.

What are we looking for?

- ~2 years of experience in Operations, CS Ops, Business Operations, or Analytics
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SQL dashboards / Redash is a plus
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Ability to coordinate across teams and drive closure
