Profile: CSMO-Textile-Surat-1.5 L

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Salary Range: ₹1,00,000 - ₹1,50,000 per month (Based on Profile & experience)

Roles:

- Develop and execute long-term sales & marketing strategy aligned with company vision and expansion plans

- Drive overall revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning in domestic & export markets

- Build and lead a high-performance Sales & Marketing team

- Identify new market opportunities (export markets, value-added fabrics, premium segments)

- Strengthen brand positioning of the company in B2B textile ecosystem

- Lead high-value client negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract finalization

- Expand and manage relationships with garment exporters, fabric traders, buying houses, and institutional clients

- Develop annual sales targets,



forecasting models, and growth roadmaps

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing benchmarks, and demand cycles

- Work closely with production & planning teams to align capacity utilization with market demand

- Ensure strong receivable management and credit control discipline

- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking platforms

- Drive digital presence and structured marketing initiatives

- Provide strategic insights to Directors for expansion, diversification, and recent product development
