We are hiring experienced Insurance Sales Agent – Life & Health Insurance for a newly established insurance company - Beta trading Company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Life and Health Insurance sales, with the ability to generate business, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth from the Banjara Hills office.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of life and health insurance products
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Life and Health Insurance sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Existing client network in insurance sector
- Strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
