Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere and responsible Office Assistant / Office Boy to support our daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for logistics activities, packing and dispatch, courier coordination, office purchases, filing, and general office administration.

Responsibilities

- Handle inward and outward materials.
- Packing, labeling, and dispatch of products.
- Coordinate courier bookings and deliveries.
- Maintain courier and dispatch records.
- Assist in stock handling and inventory movement.
- Purchase office stationery and other office requirements.
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
- Support housekeeping and ensure office cleanliness.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and purchases.




- Handle bank visits and other office-related tasks when required.
- Support management in day-to-day office activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Should be punctual, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
- Candidates from Anna Nagar and nearby areas are preferred.
