AI Engineer – GenAI & Automation (Builder Role)

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office (All 5 Days in a week)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build and scale real-world AI systems across the organisation. This role is focused on designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions using GenAI, LLMs, and automation frameworks.

You will work closely with product and business teams to translate use cases into scalable AI systems that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Build AI Systems (Core Focus)

- Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions using LLMs, GenAI, and automation techniques
- Build and deploy RAG pipelines, NLP models, and AI-powered workflows
- Work on Speech AI / NLP / multilingual AI use cases wherever applicable
- Develop scalable AI systems using Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.

- ️ Model Optimisation & Deployment

- Optimise models for low latency, high throughput, and production readiness
- Work on model compression, quantisation, and on-device AI deployment
- Deploy and manage models using MLOps frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes
- Build evaluation frameworks to track accuracy, latency, and business KPIs

AI Infrastructure & Integration

- Develop and optimise LLM inference pipelines (e.g., vLLM, APIs, microservices)
- Integrate AI solutions with internal platforms using APIs, SQL, and workflow tools
- Ensure scalability for high-volume production systems

Impact-Driven Execution

- Work on business use cases across claims,



fraud detection, underwriting, customer experience, and operations
- Deliver measurable outcomes such as:
- TAT reduction
- Cost optimisation
- Automation efficiency

- Continuously improve models and systems based on feedback and performance

Collaboration (Execution-led, not Consulting-heavy)

- Partner with product and business teams to understand use cases
- Translate business problems into technical solutions and prototypes
- Present outcomes and demos to stakeholders (focus on output vs storytelling)

Skills & Competencies

✅ Must-Have

- Strong coding skills in Python with experience in ML/AI frameworks
- Hands-on experience with:
- LLMs / GenAI / RAG
- Prompt Engineering & Fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA preferred)
- NLP / Speech AI / ML models

- Understanding of:

- MLOps (MLflow, CI/CD, deployment pipelines)
- Model optimisation (latency, scaling, inference)

- Ability to build end-to-end AI systems (not just models)
- Solid problem-solving mindset with a builder’s approach

➕ Good to Have

- Experience with high-scale AI systems (real-world deployments)
- Exposure to multilingual models / speech systems / on-device ML
- Familiarity with vector DBs (FAISS), LangChain, vLLM, etc.

Background & Experience

- 3–6 years' experience in AI/ML Engineering / GenAI roles
- Strong exposure to production AI systems (preferred)
- M.Tech / B.Tech (CS/IT or related field)
