Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Checker to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who have strong communication skills and a good understanding of basic computer applications. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing compliance-related documents while ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand requirements and verify all relevant parameters during compliance checks.
- Review, validate, and upload Documents accurately and within timelines.
- Respond to audits and resolve issues related to failed STC forms.
- Identify discrepancies and report potential fraud cases as per process guidelines.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Take proactive steps to identify and prevent errors or process gaps.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency,



and productivity in daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate (Mandatory) – any discipline.
- Fresher or entry-level candidate welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Comfortable working with computers and handling data.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

- Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
