Job Title: Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Dispatch & Logistics Management

- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability and route planning
- Monitor dispatch documentation including gate passes, delivery challans, and invoices
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues proactively

2. Store & Inventory Control

- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock audits
- Ensure proper storage conditions and FIFO/LIFO inventory practices
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for stock replenishment

3. Manpower & Driver Management

- Allocate and supervise store/dispatch manpower for effective operations
- Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and performance records of warehouse staff
- Manage driver rosters, trip sheets, and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Invoice & Documentation Process

- Prepare and verify invoices, dispatch notes, and other related documents
- Ensure timely submission of dispatch records to accounts and audit teams
- Maintain filing systems for all logistics and inventory documentation

5. Operational Coordination

- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Production, QA) for dispatch planning
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and dispatch planning
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
