Position: Site Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to manage in office construction activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update project status
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards
- Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
- Verify measurements and assist in billing and BOQ reconciliation

Requirements:





- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in construction/site execution
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential / commercial / hospitality projects
- Knowledge of quality checks and SOP-based execution
- Familiarity with ERP systems (construction/project management)

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
