Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our Railway Project site in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling site accounts, cash management, vendor payments, statutory compliance, and financial reporting in infrastructure, railway, or EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily site accounts, cash book, petty cash, and bank transactions.
- Process vendor bills, subcontractor invoices, and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and maintain proper accounting records.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for accounting, finance, and payroll activities.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements, and financial reports.
- Reconcile vendor accounts, bank statements, and site expenditures.
- Maintain records of material purchases, invoices, GRNs, and stock-related financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS,



and other statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and project teams for financial control.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial records and company information.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Site Accountant in Railway, Infrastructure, Construction, or EPC Projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
