--- Role Overview The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, handling queries, and supporting business growth through excellent communication and service. --- Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers. Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone calls, messages, or in-person meetings. Understand customer needs and provide suitable guidance or solutions. Follow up with customers for service feedback, renewals, and issue resolution. Maintain customer records, update databases, and prepare daily/weekly reports. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues on time.



Promote company services/products and support in achieving business targets. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term loyalty. --- Required Skills & Qualities Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Friendly, talkative, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customer queries at once. Valuable problem-solving skills with patience and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). --- Eligibility
