E-commerce Operations Lead

About the Role

Nikosi Exports is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Lead to oversee and drive our online marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other digital platforms.

This is a leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will lead a team of E-commerce Executives while actively managing product listings, catalog optimization, marketplace advertising, promotions, analytics, and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations

- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with marketplace standards.
- Oversee catalog creation, product updates, pricing, inventory synchronization, and listing health.
- Resolve listing errors, policy violations, suppressed listings, and marketplace-related issues.

Catalog & Content Management

- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, backend search terms, and attributes.
- Develop and maintain A+ Content, Brand Store pages, enhanced content, and product creatives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for banners, lifestyle images, videos, and promotional assets.

Marketplace Advertising & Growth

- Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, bid optimization, and budget management.
- Drive revenue growth through promotional campaigns, coupons, bundles, lightning deals, and seasonal sales.





Business Performance & Analytics

- Track marketplace sales, traffic, conversion rates, product rankings, customer feedback, and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Identify growth opportunities based on sales data and customer behavior.
- Recommend strategies to improve revenue, visibility, and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and supervise E-commerce Executives.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality.
- Review team output for accuracy before publishing.
- Conduct training sessions and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Warehouse, and Customer Support teams.
- Ensure timely product launches and inventory availability.
- Coordinate pricing updates, promotional schedules, and product availability across all platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Portal, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Experience managing large product catalogs.
- Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce listings.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Products, Retail, Export, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
- Certifications in Amazon Advertising, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
