- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
