- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Estimate project costs and prepare budget reports.
- Review drawings and calculate material quantities.
- Prepare and evaluate vendor/contractor quotations.
- Verify contractor bills and certify payments.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and procurement teams.
- Maintain records of measurements, variations, and work progress.
- Prepare MIS reports related to project costing and billing.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
