We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive PRO (Public Relations Officer) for the Bodyshop & Service department in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, service follow-ups, insurance coordination, vehicle delivery updates, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the service and bodyshop process.

- Attend and assist customers visiting the service and bodyshop department.
- Coordinate vehicle service appointments and bodyshop repair updates.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and approvals.




- Prepare and maintain customer feedback records and service reports.
- Ensure proper documentation related to service and insurance claims.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction.
- Support service advisors and bodyshop teams in customer handling.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and enhance customer experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
