Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage daily operations in our control panel manufacturing and automation business. The COO will be directly responsible for overseeing Production, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch functions, ensuring operational efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of projects related to PLC and SCADA-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:

- Lead, manage, and optimize operations across production, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of control panels and automation systems in accordance with project timelines and client specifications.

Production Management:

- Oversee manufacturing operations for electrical control panels, PLC panels, and SCADA-integrated systems.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.

Inventory and Stores Management:

- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Implement ERP or inventory systems for real-time stock monitoring and traceability.

Procurement and Vendor Management:

- Manage procurement strategy, supplier relationships, cost negotiations, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely sourcing of electrical and automation components (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, contactors).

Dispatch and Logistics:

- Oversee final testing, inspection, packing,



and timely dispatch of completed systems.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure protected and timely delivery to customers or project sites.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute growth strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations for productivity and profitability.

Team Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing team across departments.
- Set KPIs and performance goals aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in control panel or automation industries.
- Proven leadership in managing production, procurement, stores, and dispatch operations.
- Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems and electrical automation technologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
