- Promote and sell surgical products, medical devices, and healthcare supplies to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and business opportunities.
- Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase product awareness.
- Provide after-sales support and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
