Full-time, permanent About the company Remote World is partnering
with a US-based cybersecurity company to hire for this role. They
build endpoint detection and threat intelligence products used by
enterprise security teams globally, and clear, precise
documentation is essential to customer onboarding and retention.
The role You'll produce the technical documentation that helps
security engineers deploy, configure, and get full value from the
platform — including admin guides, API docs, threat response
playbooks, and release notes. You'll work directly with product and
engineering to stay ahead of each release. What you'll do Write and
maintain product documentation including admin and configuration
guides Document API integrations and SIEM connector setup
procedures Create threat response playbooks and security runbooks
for enterprise users Write release notes and feature announcements




for each product update Audit existing documentation for technical
accuracy and coverage gaps What you'll need Solid technical
writing skills with excellent written English Comfortable working
with complex, security-focused subject matter Able to interview
engineers and translate outputs into clear documentation Organised
and delivery-focused across multiple simultaneous projects Nice to
have Background in cybersecurity, IT, or a related technical field
Familiarity with SIEM tools, EDR, or enterprise security concepts
Experience with docs-as-code workflows (Git, Markdown, static site
