Job Description: We are a managed services
organisation delivering SAP data and analytics solutions for
enterprise clients. We are looking for an SAP Business Data Cloud
(BDC) Consultant with real, hands-on experience on the SAP BDC
platform — someone who has worked on actual BDC implementations and
can hit the ground running on client engagements. You will
implement, configure, and support SAP BDC environments across
client accounts, and work on integrating SAP BDC with Databricks —
specifically around Unity Catalog. Strong SAP BDC knowledge is the
most important thing we are looking for in this role. What You Will
Do Implement and configure SAP BDC for clients — setting up data
products, data governance, and the broader BDC environment.
Understand client business requirements and deliver solutions
within SAP BDC that address their data and analytics needs. Connect
client SAP source systems to SAP BDC and ensure data flows
accurately and reliably. Integrate SAP BDC with Databricks — with a
particular focus on Unity Catalog setup, data sharing, and
governance alignment between the two platforms. Build and curate
governed data products within SAP BDC that clients' teams can
access and use with confidence. Provide managed support across
client accounts — monitoring environments, resolving issues, and
keeping platforms healthy.



Act as a trusted advisor to clients on
SAP BDC best practices and how to get the most value from the
platform. Collaborate with internal architects, project managers,
and other consultants on client deliveries. What We Are Looking For
Hands-on experience implementing or managing SAP Business Data
Cloud (BDC) — this is the single most important requirement. Good
understanding of how SAP BDC works: data products, semantic layer,
data governance, and integration with SAP source systems.
Experience integrating SAP BDC with Databricks, particularly
setting up and managing Unity Catalog for data governance and
access control. Ability to connect SAP source systems (S/4HANA,
ECC, or others) into SAP BDC and troubleshoot data flow issues.
Solid client-facing skills — comfortable working directly with
client stakeholders, understanding their needs, and communicating
solutions clearly. Ability to manage multiple client accounts or
workstreams simultaneously. Nice to Have SAP BDC or related SAP
data certification. Prior experience in a consulting or managed
services environment. Broader Databricks experience beyond Unity
Catalog (Delta Lake, Workflows, etc.). Background in SAP S/4HANA
implementations or migrations.
