is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join
our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent,
you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our
passengers, ensuring their journey through the airport is smooth
and hassle-free. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist
passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas -
Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules,
delays, and gate changes - Assist passengers with special needs,
such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled passengers -
Process ticket sales, upgrades, and changes - Handle and resolve
customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other airport departments to ensure smooth
operations and passenger satisfaction - Maintain accurate records
and complete necessary paperwork - Adhere to all safety and
security procedures at all times Requirements: - High school




diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience,
preferably in the airline or travel industry - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously -
Proficient in using computer systems and software - Willingness to
work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays - Fluency
in English and local language is preferred - Must be able to pass a
background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances
