Description: We are currently seeking both freshers and experienced
individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member
of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for assisting
passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport services.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas - Handle passenger
inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flight
schedules, baggage allowances, and airport procedures - Assist
passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors,
elderly or disabled passengers - Conduct security checks and ensure
compliance with airport regulations - Coordinate with other airport
departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations -
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional
and courteous manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area -




Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times - Perform
other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team
Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent -
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
work in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting - Strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills - Willingness to work in
shifts, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able
to lift heavy baggage when required - Previous experience in the
aviation industry is a plus but not required - Fluency in English
and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is an advantage - Must have
