Position: Ground Staff Ticket Checker or Cabin Crew

Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and
customer-focused individual to join our team as Ground Staff Ticket
Checker or Cabin Crew. This position will be responsible for
ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our flights by
performing a variety of tasks on the ground and in the cabin. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters and boarding gates - Verify tickets and travel documents
to ensure compliance with airline policies - Handle and resolve
customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely
manner - Assist with the boarding process and ensure all passengers
are safely and efficiently seated - Conduct safety demonstrations
and provide instructions to passengers during the flight - Monitor
cabin conditions and respond to any emergencies or issues that may
arise - Serve meals and beverages to passengers and ensure their
comfort throughout the flight - Collaborate with the flight crew
and ground staff to ensure on-time departures and arrivals - Adhere
to all safety and security procedures and regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment for the comfort
of passengers - Continuously update knowledge of airline policies,
procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to
passengers - Handle cash and credit card transactions for in-flight
purchases Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent -
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to
remain calm and professional in stressful situations - Physically
fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Fluent in English,
additional languages are a plus - Willingness to work flexible
hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a
