Job Purpose

Drive sales growth across Modern Trade by managing key accounts, distributor network, sales execution, forecasting, merchandising, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Develop and manage Contemporary Trade accounts.
- Appoint and support distributors.
- Execute sales plans and promotional schemes.
- Forecast sales and stock accurately.
- Monitor damages and ensure compliance.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure product visibility in outlets.
- Track competitor activities.
- Coordinate collections and payment follow-up.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
