ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional AI Trainer/Instructor to lead engaging and comprehensive training programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. You will be instrumental in mentoring the next generation of AI professionals through hands-on implementation, real-world projects, and capstone experiences. As a subject matter expert, you will stay at the forefront of AI advancements and translate cutting-edge technologies into practical learning experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver engaging and interactive instructor-led training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
- Mentor and guide students through hands-on implementation exercises and capstone projects
- Stay continuously updated with latest advancements in AI technologies, LLMs, and emerging trends
- Design and conduct assessments, coding challenges, and project reviews to evaluate learner performance
- Collaborate with academic and technical teams to develop and enhance training curriculum
- Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to foster student growth and professional development
- Demonstrate best practices in AI implementation and guide students through real-world problem-solving
- Maintain high training standards and ensure learner satisfaction

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE

Core Programming & ML Fundamentals:

- Strong proficiency in Python programming for AI and Machine Learning applications
- Hands-on experience with Linear Regression and supervised learning techniques
- Strong understanding of Decision Trees, Random Forest, and Support Vector Machines (SVM)





Computer Vision:

- Practical experience with Computer Vision using OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience with Diffusion Models and AI image generation techniques

Natural Language Processing & Large Language Models:

- Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) fundamentals and applications
- Extensive expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs):
- Prompt engineering and optimization techniques
- Fine-tuning and transfer learning approaches
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Embeddings and vector database management
- AI agents and autonomous systems

Deep Learning Architecture:

- Strong understanding of Transformer Architecture and variants (BERT, GPT, T5, LLaMA, etc.)

ML Frameworks & Tools:

- Proficiency with TensorFlow and PyTorch for deep learning model development
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn for classical machine learning
- Expertise in Hugging Face Transformers for NLP and LLM applications
- Knowledge of LangChain/LlamaIndex for advanced LLM applications
- Familiarity with modern AI development tools and best practices

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field




- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development or research
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching AI/ML concepts
- Published research or contributions to open-source AI projects
- Experience in deploying production-grade AI/ML systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with AI advancements
