We’re Hiring: Textile & Fabric Sourcing Executive

We are hiring for a current in-house apparel and textile vertical under a premium lifestyle brand. This role requires someone who understands fabrics, trims, sourcing, costing, quality, and apparel production requirements.

Location: Delhi/NCR preferred
Experience: Around 3 years
Compensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and industry knowledge
Work Type: In-house, full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Source fabrics, trims, accessories, linings, embellishments, and other garment materials.
- Identify suitable materials based on design concepts, quality requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Build and manage relationships with fabric suppliers, mills, wholesalers, dyeing units, and other vendors.
- Negotiate prices, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and compare fabric and trim costings.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials required for sampling and production.
- Conduct quality checks for colour, weave, texture, finish, shrinkage, defects, and consistency.
- Maintain organised records of swatches, suppliers, prices, lead times, and material availability.




- Work closely with designers, tailors, sampling teams, and production partners.
- Track orders and ensure materials are received according to the agreed quality and timeline.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong practical understanding of fabrics, textiles, trims, and garment materials.
- Good knowledge of textile markets, suppliers, and sourcing networks.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, costing, and quality checking.
- Ability to understand design requirements and recommend suitable material options.
- Comfortable visiting markets, suppliers, workshops, and production units when required.
- Organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working in-house.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ethnic wear, fusion wear, premium or luxury apparel, lifestyle brands, boutiques, designer labels, export houses, or D2C clothing brands.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
