AMS Consultant – Workday Time & Absence (Certified)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Workday Certified AMS Consultant – Time & Absence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience supporting or implementing Workday HCM, preferably in an Application Management Services (AMS) or post-production support setting.
This role requires hands-on expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues, configure business requirements, and support HR operations while ensuring workforce compliance and downstream payroll impacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
- Configure and maintain Time Tracking, Work Schedules, Shift Patterns, and Absence Plans.
- Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Perform impact analysis, testing,
and documentation for system changes.
- Support Workday releases, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain functional documentation and ensure compliance with best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience with Workday HCM.
- Experience in AMS or post-production support is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Workday Time Tracking
- Workday Absence
- Time Calculations
- Work Schedules
- Shift Scheduling
- Business Process Configuration
- Good understanding of workforce compliance and payroll impacts.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Mandatory Requirement:
Workday Time Tracking Certification or Workday Absence Certification is mandatory.
