Manager – Food & Beverage (Cafe Operations)

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and hands-on professionals to manage day-to-day cafe operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and drive team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge of the F&B; industry, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management

- Oversee daily cafe operations ensuring smooth service flow
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and F&B; regulations
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and manage stock efficiently

Team Management

- Lead, train, and supervise cafe staff
- Create staff schedules and manage shift planning
- Step in to support operations during peak hours, absenteeism, or emergencies
- Foster a positive and performance-driven work environment

Customer Experience

- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly




- Build strong customer relationships and enhance repeat business
- Maintain service standards aligned with brand expectations

Financial & Reporting

- Handle daily sales reports, cash flow, and billing accuracy
- Use advanced Excel for reporting, tracking KPIs, and analysis
- Monitor costs and optimize profitability

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with kitchen, vendors, and management teams
- Ensure seamless communication across departments
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in cafe/F&B; operations
- Strong understanding of F&B; service standards and operations
- Advanced Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, dashboards preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (multilingual preferred)
- Proven team management and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to step into operational roles when required

Pay: ₹30,000.71 - ₹35,000.15 per month
