Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing US Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals across various domains including software engineering, data science, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (sourcing to offer).

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed, Dice, etc.), referrals, and networking.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Collaborate with HR and immigration teams for visa-related hiring (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.).





- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.).

- Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in the US market.

- Familiarity with US employment laws and visa, work authorization types.

- Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
